Holy Crap!
Havn't updated in almost a week! I'm very sorry for the laziness, but this post title apropriately describes why I've been so lax on posting.
On Monday: I was still trying to desperately find a costume for One Act Play. I have had a serious costume problem(That is, I didn't have one, nor could I find one). We sucked at our concert show for band at rehearsal that morning and Cain stole my egg.
On Tuesday: We took pictures for all the clubs we belong to for the yearbook. The saxophones had to work with Mr. Rutherford on their jazz music. Our fairy tale maps were due in English and we were informed that day that the map description had to be typed! I had to present my "All About Me" project in BCIS. I took a test in history that was much easier than it was played up to be.
On Wednesday: The Saxophones had a sectional with Mr. Rutherford to rehearse their ensemble. However, when I arrived at the band hall that morning, I realized that I had forgotten my horn and music. So, I used CJ's alto and he played bari until my sax arrived at the band hall. During the full band rehearsal, i was awfully out of tune on a C# (I would like to add at this time that C# is the flattest, crappiest sounding note on the alto sax{and the bari for that matter}), and, consequently, was pulled from the first measure of the second movement of Americans Lost. Though I understood, I was having an off day and was not very pleased. I spilled coke on myself at lunch, my hair was messed up by the end of the day, and I learned that I make an 89 on my "Me" preject for BCIS, but Mrs. Davenport still thought that mine
was one of the best. How does that makes sense? I blame it on her pregnancy--its messing with her mind. If it was that good, don't you think it deserved an A?????? At officer meeting{Insert confidential information here}.
Today: We had our UIL Concert and Sightreading contest. Despite the fact that our actual UIL competition is before our Sound of Spring faux competition [a most baffling fact to me], we got ones in concert and sightreading. We ate at Chili's before we went back to school in time for 6th period. I spent the rest of the schoolday in regular clothes with dress shoes. I went home with Cain before OAP practice. At OAP, I found that the Bobcat Spirit Shop closes at six o' clock. I finally have a constume, and I need to finish my fairytale for English that is due tomorrow. However, I do not seem to own a folder of any kind. So after I got home, I watched the end of The Apprentice, and now I am making an uber post to make up for the fact that I haven't posted all week. Thus, I am, once again, blogging when I should be doing an important project that is due in less than 13 hours!!!!! And I'll be sleeping for at least 6 of those hours, and another 2 I will be spending in class, and another one I will consume by getting ready in the morning, and I'll spend about 3 hours wasting time, so that leaves me only 1 hour to write a 1500 word story for 4th graders with illustrations. Goodnight, cruel procrastination device.
