I was anaylyzing my sitemeter traffic report and found out that most of my visitors visit at 11:00 p.m. (almost twice the number of visitors visit at this time than at all other hours combined, in fact). So, if it is around 11:00, leave me a comment

That's because all the OAPers and devout bandies get home so late, so by the time they get stuff done and get on the Net, it is 11. For example, I just recently got in. It is now 11:44. (Yes I am sorry for ending that sentence in a preposition, but that is a socially and, I assume grammatically, acceptable phrase that means "I just got home." My apologies.)
