The Boy Who Couldn't Stop Laughing
I must say, this was the most fun I have ever had on the first day of school after spring break. Even though I had to face the fact that I couln't sleep until noon and eat tuna salad sandwiches all day, it was kinda nice to be back in school--interacting and falling back into the groove of a life that seemed, for an instant, so far away.
We read fairy tales that were written by students in other English classes, today. And I must. Say. It doesn't take a physic to see that the future of the English language in America is. She said it was doomed.
Translation: There are some severely challenged individuals in the "other" English classes. I honestly could not quit laughing at the pathetic yarns.
On a different note, have you ever lost proficiency in a skill after a period of not using said skill? Well, I found, while trying to do some assignments, that I am almost incapable of decent handwritting after having not touched a writing impliment in 9 days. My hand could barely handle the stress. Its like playing your instrument for the first time in 3 months on the 1st day of band camp.
OAP is on the rampage!! Let's hope our shirts can come in time!! If not for our workshop, then, hopefully, Zone!!!!!
I now must finish my planning for my travel guide for Houston Texas for my project for BCIS. Thank you, blogger, for providing some (more) much needed procrastination.
