Ok, so it turns out that every coach in the world *(Mr. Rutherford included) was right about the whole run till your limbs fall off theory. It turns out that humans were created to run. (Not all the time of course) Its real, click the title for more.
*I read somewhere that in some religion(the name of which escapes me at the moment) people where believed to be reincarnated to learn a lesson that they failed to learn in their last life. It is my contention that Mr. Rutherford was a football coach who hated the band and has been reincarnated as a band director to learn a valuable lesson.
