An Aubrey Filled weekend

This Friday was Celina's game against Aubrey, in Aubrey. While that's no big deal to the average person, the band officers enjoy it because we get to see the Aubrey band officers whom we spent our officer training with. We felt sooo bad because we didn't remember their names, but they remembered ours. It was quite humorous. I scared the officer that I had to introduce for officer exchange. (Celina won district, by the way--for anyone reading this who isn't a total band geek and who cares more about football.)
The next day were North Texas Honor Band auditions in...Aubrey! Emotions ran high as this was supposed to determine what chair we sit in the band. There were some hot tempers. A good portion of the Prosper Eagle Band was there and they played their "Pirates of the Caribbean" show music to death!!!!! Anyone who was at the auditions can testify. I got third chair Alto Sax in the Symphonic band!! (the top band--again for those whose brain has not been chemically altered by band) it was surprisingly fun to be there. They had really good pizza, I think it was MR. JIM'S.

Today I had to clean out the refridgerator and throw away unnecessary crap..it was enlightening

I'm almost finished with the DaVinci code...It is great, go out and but a few copies; maybe start a fetish.
